Coronavirus Response and Showroom Hours

While we at Bucks County Estate Traders have not been directly affected, in light of the global spread of COVID-19 we want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, while continuing to provide the opportunity to do business as long as it’s safe and possible to do so.

Please be reassured that we ARE open for business and will remain available for customers and shippers who need to pick-up/deliver items at our physical location, but this availability will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Our website/online presence will continue to be active 24/7.

In light of the Pennsylvania Department of Health and Governor Tom Wolf’s recommendation to close all non-essential businesses and public spaces for 14 days, Bucks County Estate Traders will close it’s showroom to the general public effective immediately. We will open our showroom once the State deems the situation clear and safe to resume business as usual.  Again, during this shut-down period, the showroom and warehouse will be open by appointment only for both shopping and item pickup. If needed, our store number is:  215-822-1140.

We encourage you to shop our online store at www.buckscountyestatetraders.com which will continue to be available to all 24/7.

In addition, we have established a company-wide reporting process to identify any employee with emerging symptoms consistent with the flu or COVID-19 and take immediate actions to reduce exposure to other employees and customers. Business and personal travel of our employees is being monitored, and we have imposed a CDC-recommended self-quarantine for those returning from locations of concern.

While we recognize the uncertainties inherent in the coronavirus outbreak, we believe we are well prepared to respond to the possible impact with operational flexibility, customer-focused employees, and current business continuity plans and resources.

At Bucks County Estate Traders, we are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our employees and our customers. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor new developments and guidance issued by the CDC, World Health Organization and other regulatory agencies related to the coronavirus outbreak.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we take these important steps to ensure the safety of our employees and valued customers.

Thank you and be well.
